4. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests may be considered only if the application has not yet been reviewed or submitted. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Application Rejection
ETA approval is solely at the discretion of the Government of Kenya. In case of rejection, service fees are not refundable as the assistance service has already been provided.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for application delays or rejection due to incorrect details submitted by the applicant.
7. Non-Submission of Documents
If required documents are not provided within the specified time after application submission, the request may be considered inactive. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
8. Exceptional Situations
In rare cases involving technical errors or system issues directly related to our platform, a partial or full refund of the service fee may be considered at our discretion.
9. Processing Time & External Factors
Processing timelines are determined by external authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing, system issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
